Background

DTAP, operating as Pavement Expert, is a Malaysian pavement engineering and consultancy company. Its work combines pavement data analysis with structural, functional and visual condition assessment for road and airport environments.

The company brings more than 15 years of pavement-sector experience and uses a range of testing and analysis methods. Inspech was adopted to strengthen the visual-assessment step within that broader professional service - not to replace the measurements, engineering interpretation or advice surrounding it.


The Challenge
