INSPECH is designed for National directorates and Local Government Authorities that are responsible for the performance of the road networks under their legislative remit. The platform enables these authorities to collect visual data about their roads and assess the condition using universal standard methods such as the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) in line with the ASTM D6433 international standard.

INSPECH operates as a web-based application, accessible via any standard browser, requiring no additional IT infrastructure investment. Each customer is provided with a dedicated INSPECH instance that imposes no limitations on data storage, number of projects, or users.

OPTIONAL STARTER PACKAGE

Data Collection Hardware Option

The "Data Collection Hardware Option" serves as a "low-cost" quick-start package for users lacking the necessary equipment to collect data for uploading to INSPECH to facilitate a digital road inspection. This Loan to Own option, provides users a “No Cure No Pay” solution that ensures affordability and ease of entry for users looking to initiate the process without a high prior investment in data collection hardware.

This Loan-to-Own option provides a budget-friendly and easily accessible starting point for users, enabling them to commence the inspection process without a substantial initial investment in data collection hardware (commonly known as "no cure no pay").

Purchaser agrees to lease the hardware for a fixed term of 2 months at the date of signing. Upon expiration, this Agreement shall be considered a purchase. Should the purchaser decide not to own the hardware, 10 days notice of termination of contract is required. There will be no penalties for contract termination.

Purchaser agrees to pay Supplier the whole sum of the “GoPro 11 + Car mounting Rig” €650,- in order to receive the unit. This amount (“Fee”) will be returned to the Purchaser if the Purchaser is not interested in buying and when the supplier receives the unit undamaged.

APPENDIX A

Fair Use Policy

Unlimited KMs Disclaimer:

While our Visualise plan offers "unlimited kms" for the purpose of visualising your road network, this offer is subject to our Fair Use Policy to ensure that all clients receive optimal performance and service quality.

Fair Use Policy:

Intended Use: The "unlimited kms" feature is intended for typical usage patterns consistent with standard road network visualisation needs. Excessive or abnormal usage beyond what is considered reasonable for such purposes may be subject to review under this policy.
Excessive Usage: Excessive usage is defined as usage that significantly exceeds the average levels observed across our customer base. If your usage is deemed excessive, INSPECH reserves the right to impose additional charges or restrict your access to the "unlimited kms" feature.
Notification and Review: If your usage is identified as potentially excessive, INSPECH will notify you and provide an opportunity to review your usage patterns. We may suggest alternative plans or services that better align with your needs.
Abuse of Service: Any attempts to exploit or abuse the "unlimited kms" feature for purposes outside of standard road network visualisation may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Visualize plan, without prior notice.
Right to Modify: INSPECH reserves the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle.

By using the Visualise plan with "unlimited kms," you agree to comply with this Fair Use Policy and acknowledge that INSPECH may take appropriate actions to ensure fair usage among all clients.
