PRICING STRUCTURE

At Inspech, we believe powerful technology should come with transparent pricing and flexible options. Our subscription plans are designed to fit your role (whether you’re a partner, inspector, municipal planner, or enterprise road authority) while scaling effortlessly with the size of your network.

Each plan is built on an annual subscription, giving you predictable costs and full access to the features that matter most. For plans that use per-kilometer lane pricing, the minimum network size is paid upfront, and any additional kilometers can be added at the same rate, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

How it works

Annual Subscription: All plans are billed annually, with continuous access to your dedicated Inspech instance with auto-renewal unless you opt out by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Minimum Commitment: Assess and Optimise have a minimum lane-kilometer requirement, paid upfront at the start of the subscription.
Flexible Scaling: If your network grows during the year, simply add the extra kilometers at the same per-kilometer lane rate…., no surprises.
Partner Solutions: Visualise is delivered exclusively through our certified value-added partners, ensuring added local value for end clients.

OPTIONAL STARTER PACKAGE

Data Collection Hardware Option

The "Data Collection Hardware Option" serves as a "low-cost" quick-start package for users lacking the necessary equipment to collect data for uploading to Inspech to facilitate a digital road inspection. This Loan to Own option, provides users a "No Cure No Pay" solution that ensures affordability and ease of entry for users looking to initiate the process without a high prior investment in data collection hardware.

This Loan-to-Own option provides a budget-friendly and easily accessible starting point for users, enabling them to commence the inspection process without a substantial initial investment in data collection hardware (commonly known as "no cure no pay").

Purchaser agrees to lease the hardware for a fixed term of 2 months at the date of signing. Upon expiration, this Agreement shall be considered a purchase. Should the purchaser decide not to own the hardware, 10 days notice of termination of contract is required. There will be no penalties for contract termination.

Purchaser agrees to pay Supplier the whole sum of the "GoPro + Car mounting Rig" €650,- in order to receive the unit. This amount ("Fee") will be returned to the Purchaser if the Purchaser is not interested in buying and when the supplier receives the unit undamaged.

APPENDIX A

Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Kilometers

Inspech subscription plans offer the "unlimited kilometers" feature for road condition monitoring and management of road networks. This feature is subject to the terms outlined below to ensure optimal service quality and fairness for all users.

1. Intended Use

The "unlimited kilometers" feature is exclusively for road condition monitoring and visualization within the designated area of jurisdiction of the subscribing entity. This includes municipalities, councils, boroughs, or other local government entities, as well as authorized contractors acting directly on their behalf.

2. Specific Conditions for Contractors

Road consulting agencies, road inspectors, civil engineering companies, or other third-party contractors procuring an Inspech subscription must adhere to the following conditions:

Scope of Use: The feature applies only to projects performed directly for the local government body that has explicitly engaged the contractor.
Unauthorized Projects: Subscription benefits may not be used for projects outside the scope of the contract or for unauthorized clients unless expressly approved in writing by Inspech.

3. Excessive Usage

Definition: Excessive usage is defined as significantly exceeding the average levels observed across Inspech's customer base.
Review: If usage is deemed excessive, Inspech may impose additional charges or restrict access to the feature.
Notification: Users identified for potentially excessive usage will be notified and given an opportunity to review their usage patterns. Inspech may suggest alternative plans or services better suited to the user's needs.

4. Abuse of Service

Any attempts to exploit or misuse the "unlimited kilometers" feature for purposes outside of road network visualization or authorized use may result in:

Suspension or termination of access to the Visualise plan without prior notice.
Additional charges for unauthorized usage or other actions deemed appropriate by Inspech.

5. Right to Modify

Inspech reserves the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Compliance and Investigations

Inspech reserves the right to review and investigate usage patterns to ensure compliance. In cases of misuse or violations, appropriate actions may include:

Restricting access to the software.
Imposing additional charges.
Terminating the subscription.
